Don Littrell, BC-HIS
Board Certified Hearing Instrument Specialist
Don Littrell began his career 37 years ago and is the second owner of Droke Hearing Aid Center which opened its doors on January 4, 1956, by Doris Droke, and now has grown to serve over 20 counties within the Northwest Alabama, lower Tennessee and Eastern Mississippi areas. Don was inspired to become a hearing aid specialist and obtain his Board Certification in Hearing Instrument Sciences by his brother-in-law who also worked in the hearing aid business. Don enjoys helping people improve their hearing for a better life. He is especially proud of providing hearing aids to a World War II veteran who lost most of his hearing during the Battle of Normandy.

Jerad Littrell, HIS
Hearing Instrument Specialist
Jerad Littrell grew up in Muscle Shoals, Alabama and has spent his whole life around the family hearing aid business, Droke Hearing Aid Center. He obtained his Associate of Science degree at Northwest Shoals Community College and his Bachelor of Science in Education at the University of North Alabama. In 2008, Jerad began his career as a Hearing Aid Specialist and enjoys spending time with his family, raising his infant daughter and playing golf. One of the highlights of his job was fitting a former wide receiver for the Dallas Cowboys and Kansas City Chiefs with hearing aid instruments.

Dawn Gargis
Patient Care Coordinator
Dawn Gargis joined Droke Hearing Aid Center three years ago as a Patient Care Coordinator. She provides administrative and patient care support to ensure patients receive the best hearing health care. During her spare time, she takes care of her parent and daughter, Haley, who has Down Syndrome. Dawn enjoys hanging out with her fiancé, a police officer; as well as antiquing and gardening.
